I know this changes from market to market, but maybe this helps you get an idea. Here in Norway, these are the values:

On an iX version Fully Charged, the cost of the car is quoted as USD112K. For a 28000 miles /45000 Km lease over three years, you pay USD54K. So roughly 50%.

Notice, however, that electric cars are exempt from taxes here, which makes the leasing generally more expensive, because the leasing companies cannot deduct the VAT.

The calculation is very similar for the i4 M50 and the iX3, also roughly 50%.

By comparison, for the plug-in hybrids, which do pay VAT, the proportion is about 55% residual, i.e. you pay 45% for the same leasing period and miles included.

Again, I know in the US you get better deals normally, but that might give you an idea.
