Same boat as most here, this is my deal from October 2019. End of year will be very different from what you find now so I'd be weary of any dealerships ready to discount heavily. You might be able to get the incentives that are offered throughout the year for cap-cost reductions.

I'm in San Diego and have SDGE, so the only current rebate is the CVRP for $2500 I qualified for this year. This ranges based on income. I know in other cities you may qualify for other incentives but definitely check.
