Everyone is saying that Ferrari need to make a big step until lock jaw sets in ha, so why aren't they.Only the ones deep in the corridors of M.hq know why and my guess is they are doing it on purpose as some condition from the rule makers for a previous misdemeanour.Crazy I know but what other explanation is feasible,I can't see them employing personel with low qualifications that shout eureka and everyone then follows. The tub design and set up was wrong from the word go and engine too high revving for purpose.
