Tonight was Panko crusted baked cod, mashed taters, and corn. But the crowning jewel was the Cain's Tartar Sauce my brother brought out with him from VA. I grew up on Cain's condiments and I miss them something awful. The thing that ticks me off is Cain's is owned by a company in IL, just up the road. But they won't sell it here.
