guru is a little strong, but I wanted to introduce myself to this aspect of the forum. I've lost 50 lbs and have kept it off for years by eating healthy. I run a weight loss and healthy eating program at work and I'm also an admin for a weight loss message board, which I'll be happy to refer people to, but won't post the link unless requested. (don't want to seem like a spammer!).
