Roberts made some bad decisions in this series. Saber metrics is taking baseball 101 out of the game. I remember watching batting practice at Yankee stadium, and every hitter had to bunt before swinging the bat. Now you watch BP, everyone is going for the fences. Last team that played fundamental baseball I saw was the 2015 KC Royals. I wish teams went back to fundamentals. Starting Pitchers now go 4-5 innings , really. The bullpen guys have to throw 98 mph plus. How about locating pitches, and changing speeds. BTW, you have to be crazy to give Machado $300m plus contract. Let him sit and wait for a fool to pay him. Hopefully what happened to Mike Moustakas, happens to Manny.
