Very true with the contracts. I was so mad when Paul signed his deal. He claimed he came here to win a ring and then signed a max contract that essentially priced us out of ever getting a third guy to help get that ring.
Agreed yeah. Jimmy is a Houston guy (went to high school 10 minutes from me and we have a lot of mutual friends) but I never expected him to actually come to the Rockets. He wants to be the go-to guy and he wouldn't be that here with Harden and Paul.
Miami was definitely a random choice because he won't win anything there. So I guess he went for a destination city?
