The question was rhetorical. How do you know that dogs understand human words? Which dog told you this? I honestly told someone yesterday, that I understand my neighbors dogs barks more than I can understand what some people are trying to say these days. Example, I can tell the difference between my neighbors dog vocalizing "Hey someone is here," "Hey let me in," and "Hey, I'm hungry" compared to listening to how most people speak these days. I could call my neighbor and tell him what his dog wants. I can't decipher half the shit either of my two bosses are trying to tell me.
