New Car Repair History

Hi Guys,

I bought a new BMW X1 MY 2023 on Jan 26, 2024. I got a good discount of $5,500 of MSRP out of $45,595 (at least I thought so).
During delivery I discovered a scratch in rubber trim of windshield, Salesman said he will get it fixed later. We got it replaced in service center without any cost yesterday.

Then I got handed over couple of pages, one page called "Repair History(Claims)" that had following entry :

Repair Entry Date: 12/21/2023
Mileage: 5
Defect Code Description: 11999977BV QCI SPOT DELIVERY

Repair Entry Date: 12/20/2023
Mileage: 2
Defect Code Description: 0051730500 VDC Only - U11 - Deformation Panel Headliner

What does it mean, does it mean car was delivered to dealer with some defect and it was repaired at VDC ?
Did dealer have this information before sale of the car ?

I feel cheated that this was not revealed to me before sale. Please suggest what should I do?
