After things settle down........maybe add some forearm work in if you aren't doing it already. I used to train forearms with a group of arm-wrestlers years ago when they would come in to train.

Wrist curls, reverse grip wrist curls, rope work, grip work etc. And we would use different bar thicknesses and things such as "Fat Grips". Forearms can be painful especially training with those guys, but forearm/grip strength seems to increase pretty rapidly if you are persistent.
