That's a high note, but if you're saying it doesn't include the Fed $7500, that would explain some of it.
My MSRP was a tad shy of $57K, but with all of the discounts, some like what you mentioned, plus an extra $4K off, my lease payment is $486 with nothing down ever on a lease.
