They are going well, although I haven't made any further progress as far as outright strength is concerned (...
my squat and deadlift are still hovering around 500 lbs., and my bench dropped a little to 325 lbs.). I'm working on an aesthetic goal now; something I've never focused on despite having good aesthetics. I'm trying to take my "
