Making progress. Slept till 4:30 this morning, took the device off, and then still managed to sleep some more without it. According to the app, my sleep has gone from 28% and 38% (without the CPAP) to 54%, 64% and then 89% last night. I feel better, although my nose was a little sore at 4:30 which is why I took it off. Hoping that eases, and I can start sleeping through until my dog wakes me for his morning requirements.

That's excellent news!!
Keep it up, remember it's a process. Stick to the plan and slowly your deficit of sleep will subside. You have a lot to recoup.
