Picard all the way, a true professional and strategist. W lives at risk, would you really want a captain that goes in half-cocked and all balls no brains? Besides, his crew is superior as well, Data can out-think Pointy-Earred Mixed-breed Dude and Riker can out-fight Kirk. Don't even bother mentioning Worf vs whoever it was, and La Forge definitely better than that fat dude who likes understating things to lower expectations of his CO.
