Lol....pretty much. But since I'm getting ready for the beach, all my scheduled "off" days are basically now cardio days with a little ab work.
But I typically get some forearm training in at that time too since I don't specifically train them.
Yesterday I got plenty of forearm work in. Decided I would do some rack pulls to get a feeler for my deadlift workout coming later in the week.
Worked up to 495lbs for reps pulling from about two inches below my knees, focusing on keeping my scapula retracted, and engaging my traps and mid-back.
Didn't have to break out the straps until my first set with 455. I pull with a forward grip, so towards the end of the set the bar has rolled down almost to just my fingers holding on!
