I suspect he's referring to Root Sports Pittsburgh or maybe it's AT&T-something-or-other now...
I don't watch it because I'm not a big sports fan, other than motorsports but I guess many of the Pens and Pirates games are aired on that channel.
It's not available on any of the streaming services that i see. You can stream but only if you have a Comcast, DirecTV or Dish subscription.
