I prefer: Smooth and Sweet. The highland Tequilas generally fall into this category.

i dont know tequila as well as i know bourbon or rye, but even with my relatively limited knowledge, i would not categorize this tequila as sweet. as i understand, it's one of the longest aged tequilas on the market, and the oak is definitely present along with that smokey agave. it has great mouth feel...nice, full, and oily. overall, i'd say it's more dry and spicy...think cinnamon and pepper...with some caramel to balance, and very smooth on the finish.
BTW...to each their own, but i would not drink *anything* with peach in it!!
