I went through the same shit 1.5 weeks ago and I'm still not 100%..My case is definitely not as severe..
Going to the hospital is pretty useless. I went to urgent care and they barely treated my condition. They gave me GI cocktail and that was it..Told me to just drink a whole lot of gatorade like 1-2L per day. I was not given any other meds to help my symptoms. They said to just wait a few days and it will go away.. There is no cure for food poisoning. Your body will eventually fight it off. It just takes time.
