I really have no business even looking at these cars, but they are now truly out of my realm of possibility. Even the unloved 996 GT3, which is a rare car I know, is going for $90k+. Hell I saw a 997.2 C2S listed for $72k on Autotrader! Porsche is my dream brand but I've essentially given up on it because I just cannot justify the price (new or used). On top of everything you listed which sound wonderful, I start looking at what other cars I can have, which I know is not apples vs apples. Do I think a 997 GT3 is proportionally more fun than my E36 M3, E92 M3 and Z4MR combined when compared to the price? I'm going with no, although it would be far easier to maintain just 1 car

Sorry, long rambling of a car guy that doesn't understand these prices. It actually makes me desensitized to even these car reviews. I'm starting to lump them into Mclaren or Ferrari reviews now, just totally irrelevant for me. This is why I've been far more interested in M2/3/4 reviews, along with Toyota GR Yaris ect ect...
