"It is our pleasure to inform you that your child is a recipient of the Presidential Award. Recipients of this award must be 8th graders with a 90 or above average for all core classes, all three years of middle school. Students receiving this award have demonstrated high academic abilities and work ethic through the entire school year and we are proud of their accomplishment.
