TONS! Bicycles are a drug dealer's and gang member's primary mode of transportation. Like
Salty Dog stated, bikes are governed by many of the same rules as vehicles. Additionally, city/county municipal codes also target the operation of bikes. Knowing what is/isn't allowed gives me PC to jam up riders who often have dope and guns. This proves especially true when you find people on bicycles in the early morning hours.
