I like to walk in the a.m. as the sun comes up when it is light enough to make mosquitoes a non-issue but not too hot yet. When I have to wait until 7:30 or so, is pushes the start to my day back, which then extends it on the back end. Neighborhood kids were also walking to school or waiting for the bus in the dark for a bit. It would be worse in January. No way to please everyone.
