My god you guys pay a lot for that crap. I had half of a big maple come down last year so I bought a chainsaw and cut it up myself. Makes for some great firewood. Was pretty easy to get rid of, although it was enough to fill my truck bed for 2 trips.
I agree with the above about cutting and dumping it on the property management's doorstep as well, haha.
