i hear in America 0-60 times are timed using the 1 foot rolling method which in itself helps to gain at least 0.2sec.
Here in the UK, it is mainly 0-62mph (to make it 0-100kmh) and from a complete stop. It may explain some of the differences.
Autocar en EVO have 4.5sec and 4.4sec resp.
