Lol that's what every media personality does. Pick a side and keep speaking something into existence. Even if Mayfield ends up being a decent QB, Cowherd will keep bragging that he was right about the guy not having the qualities of a top QB. Whenever Brady starts playing poorly Max Kellerman will be like "told you he will fall off a cliff" despite touting that 3 super bowl appearances ago and clearly looking like a doofus.
It's like the Lebron vs. MJ "debate" which is ENTIRELY media-driven. A few knuckleheads like Nick Wright pick a side and keep trying to speak it into existence. The younger generation never saw Jordan play so they buy it up and Nick Wright advances his career.
