Have you tried all the basics:
1) Set the car to charge/precondition THREE HOURS or more before you leave from an L2.
2) Ignore the estimated range, reset the trip information in center display.
3) Turn off AC, put car in eco pro mode, try driving on flat terrain with very gentle acceleration and prevent as much stopping as possible (even Regen is only 30-40% efficient).
If you do all of the above you should see somewhere from 17-20 miles before the low SOC will kick the engine on.

This is my first electric vehicle. In fact since I moved to the U.S. it's the first one that evades the Gas Guzzler Tax. When I'm on eDrive or Comfort I try to coast, and brake as little as possible.
