the classification of the three major somatypes that most people have come to know (Ectomorph, Endomorph, Mesomorph) has been widely discredited; they don't matter as much as other factors.
Beds feel too soft for me. I've transitioned to sleeping on Asian style floormats on the floor for at least several days out of the week. seems to do my back good.
