The point is Goodell can draw any conclusion he wants, right or wrong, and dish out any punishment he feels fits, and their contract with the NFL requires that they follow it. The rest is moot. If my boss felt I needed a repremand and I didn't think I did, too bad. I'm not going to court to sue him over it.
