Vegetarian. Gentle flavors, all discernable. Garnished with marinara and basil leaf, accompanied by fresh spinach salad. Fresh cantaloupe for dessert.

fresh parsley
fresh basil
spinach wilted with chopped garlic
egg
salt
pepper
grated parmesan on top
Mornay sauce:
blonde roux
milk
bay leaf
nutmeg
black pepper
freshly grated gruyere
should have had a shallot but the épicière forgot.... :|
