Sounds like you don't need to radically diet or change your lifestyle too much, perhaps just eat better. Best advice on nutrition would come from a nutritionists, but my rule of thumb is to stay away from white foods (not including white meat). So that's no white: sugar, pasta, wheat, flour, rice, etc. Also continue to exercise and limit your caloric content so what you consume does not exceed what you expend. That's just my 0.2 cents.
