My name is Mike and I work for BimmerTech. Take a look at the installation instructions for the i8. The process is not difficult. A few pieces of the interior have to come apart, the shifter and then the head unit with the screen. In between all this you will install our harness which is plug and play, ensure the Dip switches are set correctly and then test the unit.
