Here's one more very positive review from Edmund's. Interesting to note their information on how US cars are being spec'ed:
"U.S. buyers of the 2014 BMW i8 have it easy. There's only one i8 and everything is standard, including the wider 215/45R20 front and 245/40R20 rear tires that are an optional upgrade in Europe...There's also a choice between two wheel designs, but at the time of this writing the plan was to offer that option with zero cost consequences."
This is consistent with info previously posted based on early info from a US dealer information packet.
