I stopped by the BMW [SPACE] showroom over the weekend to see the iX in person.

First impression: It is big. Really big. Looked bigger than a Model X to my eye. Unfortunately that's a bit of a deal breaker for me as a daily driver. I was thinking X1 / X3 size, and it looked closer to the X7. I'm very spoiled by my i3 size. Its the perfect size for Los Angeles.
Second impression: The grill looked flat in person. I'm ok with the big grills on the ICE cars, but with it 100% closed off on the iX, and very little definition in the bumper, the frontend looked like a flat wall from some angles.
Third: The bootup tail light effect is super fetch.

Sure is sexy though. Hope the crystal knobs make their way into other production BMWs.
