I usually shit 2-3 times a day, but I take in a lot of fiber (in food and supplements) to try to help. Ever since my last deployment to Iraq, for some reason I had some serious problems. Maybe it was dehydration, but I would shit once every 2-3 days and they would be fucking rock hard. One time I felt like I had been raped in the ass and I couldn't walk right. Went to the doc and they gave me some stuff and told me to eat more fiber and drink more water. In a few days it was fine. Now I take metamucil (I know old peoples drink mix) and even though I shit more often, I don't have a solid brick coming through when I do.
