I dunno, in someone of your advanced years, I'm not sure a .44 is the way to go. I feel like I could probably get three shots with a .45 on target while you are still fighting to control muzzle flip from the one shot from your .44...
Unless you were going for a "Bullet Tooth Tony" approach and were hoping the intimidation factor of a .44 was enough. Then again, if that were the case, go for broke and haul out the S&W .500. Be enough to put down an elephant.
