I think I asked that on the Android post showing the technology and cunningly it seems to work with a flat phone. Obviously security is reduced, no Face ID perhaps, but I was told the NFC would work and open the car. |
I could imagine this may play nicely for people who bought into the whole Apple ecosystem and uses the Apple Watch regularly.
Tap your wrist to unlock might be better than taking our your phone and doing Face ID
