Mate .They have no choise , they have to run with the rear wing lowered (too low) to get a higher top-speed .
It's actually a compensation to get a higher top-speed , but even that seems not enough ...
The downside of that is a snappy rear end , and that can really go wrong in no time...
That's why MAX had less of traction in the rain ...
The RB16 needs more power from Japan ASAP !
