Beginning of month 3 update:
- gained 3lbs of muscle and still burning fat
- still in lean down mode
- hitting cardio, all body parts hard, esp legs for the weight gain
- clean diet and good supplements
Learning to work out smarter now, focused on 1-2 major muscle groups per workout session max, good rest periods before hitting same muscle groups again. Less injury and more muscle recovery for building.
New bench max of 265lbs for one max rep.
It's nonstop from here until next summer.
