Quick up date for any of you that are interested. Knee feels pretty good now, I still can't fully straighten my leg & walking for more than 30 mins causes some pain. I saw a knee guy beginning of last month that looks after knee injuries for a local football team, or soccer team for all you colonials
& he gave me completely different advice than my 25 year old physio guy. I was told to ease up on most of the exercises I had been told to do, walk less & to use the exercise bike with the resistance turned right down 4 times a day for 10 minutes at a time, seems to be working out well.
I am still unable to work as a carpenter but I now have a job as a pm for a small construction company & I hate it, guess I'm used to being my own man, now I'm just another drone
