I want to qualify the follow remarks in that I was a National Candidate referee, but just started too late and got too old.
So far I've given Ronaldo, Hernandez (Chic) and Neymar yellow cards for simulation. I also would have carded the Swiss at about #6 for persistent infringement on Neymar. I would never have done what the (Egyptian?) ref did and allowed the German player to advance on me a second time, after pushing him out to arms distance away. He would have gotten a yellow as well for pushing back into my space.
And WTF with the throw ins? When the ball goes out on your side of the half line, then you advance to the attacking zone, and THEN you make a run forward to throw??? Each striation in the grass is 10 yards. I'll give you one color change, if you don't push it too far.
