Ha ha - reminds me of when I went on a brewery tour with a bunch of doctors.
They had chartered a bus to take them around to a bunch of breweries and just drink. I was only invited because my neighbour is a doc and they had a few extra tickets, but otherwise, it's all doctors on the bus.
Actually a fun time, but my neighbour and myself and two other docs carpooled to the bus. So literally 4 minutes after hopping in the car, my neighbour cracks out a pill bottle and starts passing pills around to everyone. Now because everyone else in the car except for me is a doctor, they looked at the pill, recognized it, and swallowed it.
Me being the skeptical sort, nudged him and asked him what it was. Turns out he explained it was basically a blocker / inhibitor or something that basically meant the alcohol that we were about to drink wouldn't leave us with a hangover the next morning with this little pill and a Tylenol the night before.
So I took it, but never drank that much anyways, so no idea if it works.
