The dealer paid for it but it was £75 for the clean which included valeting all leather.
Thanks. Sadly this was a stain that dissolved the top color coat of the leather so I think it needs recoloring and maybe even some filling/restructuring. Will consider that if a replacement quote seems unreasonably high. If it's only a couple hundred € and the panel can be replaced without taking the whole door apart or creating collateral damage then that's most likely what I will do and then take the damaged one to a specialist to see how well they can spot repair it.
