uhh been working out ever since i stoped playing football in highschool. i have a messed up rotater cuff, winging serratus, and shoulders that aren't aligned. uhh i usually have 5 days: bicep/tricep/core, shoulders, upperback/core, deadlift/light day for other stuff, bench day/core, i add legs when i have a 6th day. usually once every two weeks.
not exactly looking to get big cause theres always somebody bigger.
