Something like a "EV + Adapter für Elektrofahrzeug Ladekabel - Typ 2 IEC 62196 auf Typ 1 SAE J1772 Ladegerätadapter - 1-Phase 32A (7,6 kW) Schwarz/Weiß-Steckverbinder" is my guess. Does the US i8 have a Type 1 SAE J1772 Socket? If yes you need an Adapter to Type 2.
