Just used my smoker for the first time this weekend. Smoked some ribs (no pics sorry) both nights.
Amazing. I'm not huge on ribs to begin with, used to really like them, but recently found them lackluster. Not anymore - this was awesome. Smoker put a really nice crust on them too which was tasty.
I'm looking forward to trying out all sorts of different meat in the smoker this summer - going to be going through a whole lot of charcoal!
