I have to confess I am a petrol head ( well actually diesel) but I think I just got to try and fit this fabulous car into my life, I think the colour is key so pictures of different colours would be great.

Your advice has been great, with clear practical examples, the UK is behind the curve but trying to come up to speed and I suspect will be a improving situation.

1. Condition battery whilst connected to power source, plan journey!
2. Be realistic on the cars range.
3. Weather effects the car range
One final question on idrive 8, will this effectively be discontinued for 8.5 9 etc??

Go with darker colours
It doesnt matter which i drive it will use, better to have manual turn on of the battery pre-conditioning
And take 22kw charging (it is an option in UK)
Weather effects the range for sure, 10-15% more, when it is really cold (-16,-20 for example)
