Sex Pistols were certainly punk, albeit perhaps a bit manufactured by good 'ol Malcolm McLaren.

Ramones certainly fit the bill! Clash, yeah as well. Offspring is debatable. I personally think they are a punk band, perhaps a bit more '90s pop punk, but punk none the less.
