How often do you look at the instrument cluster?
With HUD, I hardly look at the instrument cluster at all. As long as it has the info for my occasional glance, it's fine with me. |
Only one of my cars has hud but I prefer the gauge cluster, especially for the tachometer or navigation. The BMW gauge cluster is just incredibly illegible and ugly, and they could have done so much better, especially after the many complaints that were received from the iDrive7 setup (especially for the M cars).
