The factory 12V aux batteries have been yielding a 3-4 year lifetime. It is only used for accessories and to close the main contactor when the car powers up, after which the DC-DC regulator creates 12V from the main traction batteries and takes over accessory power.

The reason why I'm asking is because a failing 12V aux battery makes the car do all kinds of strange things electrically. If the battery is coming up on expiration and the fuses are good, then you should check the aux battery health.....

The car turns on and functions normally as it should. There a few LEDs that don't power on like the heated seat for the passenger seat only one LED lights up, some of the LEDs on the AC don't light up either.

Do you think that's connected to that issue? Where is the accessory battery located?
