I've put 250 miles on my car in the last 10 days, driving it only 6 of those 10 days. Driving it gently, and allowing it to chose between electric and gas I've gotten as much as 180 mpg. I'm averaging 56.0 mpg. My electrical consumption (and I have no idea what this means, I'm reading it off my iPhone app) is 5.9mi/kWh. I often run to the store and back only in electric.

Yesterday a 6er buddy of mine from the Knights of the Roundel site (Spyder) and I took the car out and I let him drive it from the Malibu colony to his house up in the hills at one of the highest points of the Santa Monica Mountains. He pushed it hard up the hill, sucking gas and electricity. The gas consumption was something like 15.7 mpg.

The car is very enjoyable and I've actually learned how to get in and out without looking like I'm drunk.
